"It shouldn't be no longer than one page"...HAHA Are you sure that you are in college? With grammar like that I doubt it, why would you want to join a racist sorority anyway?

You should write a sincere letter about why you want to be a part of the sorority. You should mention any memorable or positive encounters that you have had with AKA, for example maybe your mentor is a part of the sorority or maybe you recieved a scholarship from the sorority. Also tell about yourself. What sets you apart from the next candidate (educational experience, career goals, acheivements), what do you have to offer and what experiences may have better prepared to take on this life long comimitment. The interest letter should not be too long otherwise the readers may lose interest. Be sure to have someone you trust proofread, it there should be no typos or mistakes. Good Luck!!.

since my mom is an AKA i would suggest, mention your educational background, the good things you can offer to your community, what you do in your community to help out and postive things about yourself. good luck!
