This is no inner chest or outer chest or lower chest. It is all one muscle. To give yourself a more defined "center line" between your pectoral muscles, I would suggest more flyes, a closer grip on your bench presses and make sure you squeeeeze at the top. As your muscle gets bigger and fuller, it will develop this line.

I found the best thing to do is diamond push up's witch is your hand close togather or any chest exercise with your hands close togather. That will get you a nice little cut down the middle.

In weight lifting doing the bench press and the fly. The fly also helps in strengthening the latismus dorsi (rib cage)

chin ups, jump rope, upper body weight lifting like butterflys, push ups, some of the gymnastics stuff.
