I live in nebraska, and i found the cutes pair of brown boots but im debaiting on getting them because i would only were them with shorts or a short skirt.........can you were knee highs in the summer??.....when you go out at night?

you can defeinetly wear them in the summer if your feet don't get too hott and sweaty.....just wear them with like a cute skirt or something!
They'd definetly be super cute for wearing them out at night!

You can where knee high boots when-ever...I where them all the time in the summer with cute skirts, or a stylish dress outfit...and if someone tells you differant then they don't know the style then...

I don't think that look is sexy during the summer...I think you can get away with ankle boots. Also if you think you can rock them well and carry yourself well go for it. I personally would save it for fall, winter, and maybe early spring.....why don't you just wear some super skinny jeans with your new boots. I think that would be hot.
