When I go play it after it says "EA" so and so, it just crashes with the light in the middle. I have plenty of RAM in my Graphic Card setup.

Sometimes it goes and leaves the light in the middle then loads, and some it just completely crashes, I just got the game today. I can say that my Video Card is not so good, it's a 2000 version.

These kind of issues are usually bad ram or a outdated video driver. If you have 2 sticks of ram try with just one or try downloading the latest video driver (nividia or ati)

this happened to me, I had WAY too many downloads. what should do is go to your downloads file, and delete everything. If that still doesn't work, delete your not-so-main neighborhoods. I only have two families now with no sub-neighborhoods, and now my game is nice and fast. you could also got to the website:

you have to delete all your downloads, and delete all the families that you dont use, and neighborhoods. if that still doesnt work then you should take the disc back and get a new one.
