Yep, its his house , his rules. I left my dads house at 17 to live with my husband because I thought I was to old to be spanked. Boy was I wrong my husband let me know that VERY FAST.

I guess so. I think that if it is for discipline, you find what is most effective to get the point across and keep doing so until you need a new method. Spanking works for some, time-outs for others, grounding, etc. Once the daughter is old enough talking and reasoning works better than spanking. (plus, I got spanked often, but didn't learn much from it.)

Don't be such a jackass, women don't belong to anyone. Nobody belongs to anyone... Her father, as her guardian who tries to teach her right from wrong, should be able to spank her till the age of about 10, I'd say. Her mom can spank her too. And they can spank their sons.
I just don't understand the purpose of this question.

No, it all depends on age. Spanking for discipline should stop once the kids become teenagers.

nope. it always depends on the age. if the girl is 12 or older then no. if the girl is 11 or younger yes. its that simple.
