Assuming you mean can a call be bowled in cricket by rolling it on the ground? then the answer would be no, as it is a no ball. It is clearly stated in the cricket laws (law 24 point 6) Ball bouncing more than twice or rolling along the ground
The umpire at the bowler's end shall call and signal No ball if a ball which he considers to have been delivered, without having previously touched the bat or person of the striker,
either (i) bounces more than twice
or (ii) rolls along the ground
before it reaches the popping crease

I agree with KooKee, either these guys never played cricket or never watched a cricket game.. the law states the ball can only bounce once b4 it gets to the batter other wise its a no NO BALL and you cant get out in no ball.. i am sure you guys know that much rite.. and also if it doesnt bounce then it has to be under waist height or else again its a NO BALL

If it bounces then rolls along or keeps low, that is a "shooter". Due to the pitch, not the skill of the bowler
TRevor Chappell did roll one underarm ina one day match once to stop the opponents getting 6 off the last ball to win. Now banned
