Which design do you think is best for Canada?
As a Mexican, I found Canada's old flag very striking.

I find the old flag very striking too. Anything with the Union Jack looks good in opinion.

I suppose Canadians wanted to move away from their colonial past with the United Kingdom and adopt a unique flag, sans the Union Jack.

I like the Maple Leasf flag the best. It's simple and unique. But I'm American, not Canadian.

The one we chose was clearly the best. The Pearson Pennant with red instead of blue borders would have been good too.
The Red-Ensign is far too colonial.
