In the movie, "The Count of the Monte Cristo" is Mercedès pregnant at the end of the movie? i can't tell.

I know what you mean. She doesn't appear to be but with the way she holds her arm, it sort of implies that she is.

I think the dresses at that time period just make people look that way. It's the same in Pride and Prejudice-everyone looks pregnant.

she's not in the book, but since when does hollywood stick to the book. it looks like she's pregnant, but it's probably just the dress and the wind.
