When ever a movie or music video comes out it shows strippers,women's breasts, or makes some sexual refrence. Why do people show this? Even kid's movies have some sexual refrences. Why do women allow themselves to be shown in this manner and why do people support this? Why are there so many songs about sex? What is wrong with us today?

people's values are changing they sell what is sold easily and wonderful if they are getting a good price in the end money is what matters today no matter how insulted their parents feel nomatter if they are abused many time in public no matter they cant socialise or have fun with their friens in public places . i think they are nothing but money making robots . you have used word media thats a big word evev the news channels prefer these kina stuff. what has become of this world and how worse can it get i really donno. im happy that at least some people like u n me are keeping their values

Why does media takes advantage of women? Because they allow it.
Why do people show this? Because there is a paying audience.
Why do women allow themselves to be shown in this manner? Because they can make a living this way, and possibly no other that is as easy.
Why do people support this? Society is decadent.
Why are there so many songs about sex? That is the focus of our youth and our debased culture.
What is wrong with us today? Just about everything.

Some women allow it. It's there choice but I rather they cut down on the sexual refrence's. It be for T.V.

Its reaction on previous centuries of fear of sex and nudity. It went too far, I agree with you. With birth control sex became industrialized. Why do women allow to be an objects? Simple: its easy money. Why do people support this? Its easier way to get satisfaction then singing midnight serenades, or beating the dragon. Whats wrong with us? New religion: money. Sad but true.

I think women allow themselves to be shown like this because of the standards that men have set for us women me .. i would never let myself be degraded like that men today have one way they look at women as sex objects women are judged mainly by there sex appeal if more women stood up for themselves in Hollywood or any other major city maybe or image of women would be different more celebrity women need to make a move & stand up for our sex.......

I am going with the consensus here, because women allow it, self-respect is lacking so much now a days in our young women until they feel that they only way they can get attention is in sexual realm. It is not the media, it is those individuals of materialistic minds who continue to submit to be included in such indecent escapades.

Lots of kids movies have many sexual and /or drug references. Is it just to keep the viewing parent from becoming bored?
When people make their dissatisfaction with this stuff in the media known to the filmakers and movie studios, it will stop.

The' problem' is a contrived one - that means its 'all in your head'. Take a peek inside a German magazine, for example: you will find photo's of bare-breasted women in soap advertisements. Europeans haven't sexualised breast as the American culture has. You might say they are more 'mature' about these things. Breasts are not sexualised so they are a non-issue. Go to any beach or even large parks in north or central Europe; many women choose to go topless when the sunbathe. America has a long history of prudishness.

sex sells.
money is at the root of all rooting, hootering, mooning, moaning jiggling, jostling, innuendo, in the end-o, etc., etc., and there are plenty of women willing to participate because they get paid to.
What's wrong with us today is what's been wrong with us since Adam got his first woody. No more no less. It's just that now it's a big business instead of a series of "wild goose chases" around the garbage of Eden.

Many women like the attention I guess, they like to be viewed as a sex symbol. They are hungry for attention. I just wish that more of us were less like that.
