Well, that all depends on whether or not you believe that Jaegermeister contains Elk or deer blood. There is a picture of an Elk on the bottle label and the literal translation of 'Jagermeister' is Master Hunter (It's German). There have been stories floating around for over a decade and a half that it contains either elk or deer blood in it. So, allowing for that, yes, it qualifies as a meal because it has meats and grains all in one! Imbibe, my friend, for health's sake!
