It is most assured that the Browns will take Adrian Peterson of Oklahoma with the third pick of the draft. As you say, the Browns need help in almost every positon, but I would have to go with the experts that say Peterson will be the best player available and a great running back is very hard to come by. It is also noted that the Browns are interested in Alan Branch a DT out of Michigan. However, DTs will be available later in the draft and the Browns will not pass up Peterson to take a DT. Brady Quinn on the other hand, is not expected to be drafted in the top ten. He more than likely will end up being drafted by the K.C. Chiefs with the 23rd pick unless a trade is made.

I think that Peterson would be the smart pick because they believe that Frye is thier QB of the future. He is also young an had plenty of time to improve. Drougns is good, but most successful teams this year (likke the top 4) have had a 2 back system. Adding Peterson would help short term and in the future he will be good enough to be the featured back so he is the safest pick and he is who should be drafted.

Quinn will get serious consideration here as the Browns still aren't sold on Charlie Frye. But Peterson should be a great one and with Rueben Droughns wearing down, running back becomes a big need. A lot will depend on free agency as the Browns will go hard after LT's backup Michael Turner. If they come up with an RB in free agency, Quinn or Jamaal Anderson will be the pick.

Well heres the thing both peterson and quinn are most probably going to be flops. I really dont see quinn doing anything in the nfl other than being a solid second stringer somewhere. he keeps getting told by the media and fans how great he is so hes getting a big head and in reality he doesnt know how to win a tough football game. Peterson has the skills to become a very good nfler but i just dont think his body will last formore than 2 or 3 seasons. Id gamble on petersons body over quinns hype so the rb is the choice.

I think that they should draft Peterson if hes available then try to get some fat boys for the o-line with the 2nd or 3rd round picks or if Peterson is taken draft Joe Thomas and hope to get Michael Bush with the 2nd round pick

They should take Peterson because they have 2 good young QB'S in Frye and Anderson. With Peterson and Droughns and a HEALTHY O-Line they could become at least a .500 team. But they still won't beat the Steelers.

Depends on who you ask. If you ask Quinn, he would say the draft Peterson. Ask Peterson and he would suggest the Browns draft Quinn.
Go Steelers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Brownies should draft Dwayne Jarrett. It might be a little early on but I think Jarrett will be the next Jerry Rice. Get him while they can. Go Browns!
