Ventaire doesn't make medium flow they make stage1 and stage2. I had this same problem with my son when I used Ventaire bottles, he now refuses to take them. If you can afford to go buy one more bottle go for the TRI FLOW bottles they work great I did that with my son before he grew so attached to the Playtex disposable system nipples

At our walmart and kmart i've got seen medium circulate nipples. See my son and that i had a similar problem whilst he replaced into approximately 4 months( in the initiating I wasnt generating adequate and then all of it dried up and by twist of destiny didnt might desire to bypass to wellness midsection). He began on Similac Alimentum. The bottles he makes use of purely comes with degree a million and degree 2 nipples. however the degree a million's adjust to being slow or medium circulate for infant. maximum bottles I see comprise slow circulate nipples or much less its larger ounced bottle then it comes with quickly. i easily observed med. circulate nipples for playtex drop ins and playtex stepped forward. wish this permits!

Take the slow flow nipples and use a needle to poke them out a little bit more, just enough so that you think it is good. If you try them and it is not enough, poke them out some more. This worked for me.

My mom used to take the slow flow nipples and poke a slightly larger hole in them with a steralized needle.

They make medium flow nipples. Just look at the place where you purchase your bottle supplies.

Have you tried the rubber type teets they are softer and she might prefer them. Its hard trying all the different types and I bet this could be confusing her too. My daughter didnt like the playtex type and I changed to the rubber ones.

I had the same problem so I bought the plain evenflo bottles. He doesn't have any more gas than he did with the other bottles.
