Congrats on not smoking for over 2 weeks. Don't cave now, it could be detrimental for the entire process. Chew some gum, and breath slowly.

Get a few of those straight pretzels and act like you're smoking them. When people ask, tell 'em you're trying not to smoke...the compassionate ones will take it easy while you're around. If not, the pretzel will curb your craving for a while. You could try licorice root as well. I have a friend who hasn't smoked in 3 years using those.

Take some Cinnamon gum with you. The cinnamon controls cravings and it keeps your mouth busy.
