Depends on your political philosophy.
Some on here would tell you it IS fair because you have more than the have not who would kill you and steal your car. And that it is you as a member of society who is culpable for him being poor and being a thief in the first place. So, they would say killing you and stealing your car is "social justice".
But in the non-lunatic world, fairness has nothing to do with it. There are criminals who will kill you and steal your car. It sucks, but these people exist. The best we can hope for is that such people can be stopped and imprisoned, hopefully executed.
