I have heard that toothpaste will remove the scratches,but you need to use toothPASTE not the gel kind.

a tee shirt is pretty much a lint free cloth - as is shammy, available in any hardware store. A microfiber cloth made for cleaning glasses is lint free too
A scratch is not dirt. You cannot CLEAN a scratch off. You can only repair a scratch off and you will have to buy something to deal with that.
I wash my Cd's under running warm water and dish washing liquid (one drop) and it really helps, but again, it wont deal with scratches.

I just spray window cleaner on them and always make sure to wipe them from the center out to the the edge, NEVER them wipe in a circle....if that don't work get isobuster, it can read scratched discs, remove the info, and turn it into a .wav file then you just convert back to MP3

use water in a tissue (soft) and dap the water jst a liitle! put liquid soap on the tissue make the tissue soapafied then use it on the back of cd and front and then use a lot of tissues ad wipe it off (make sure the tissues are dry!)

do a wash with white vinegar...pour some into the soap part and a little in the bottom...maybe about a cup and run the dishwasher. I have never used anything but that to wash out my dishwasher.

rub some WHITE has to be white toothpaste on it all over and the rub it off w/water then dry it tht worked really really well w/my x-box games with my sims but rember to whipe all the stuff off

this mite help.get water on a tisue not to much but ebogh and wipe it hard and then dry it.mite help it
