Like last night I went to bed at 2 AM and then slept until 7 AM and woke up because I felt refreshed and ready to go and wasnt tired anymore, but then I got going with my day and at about 10 AM, I started feeling really tired like I didn't get enough sleep. It just kept getting worse every hour, and now its 1 PM and I feel like I could take a nap but I am at work. What's wrong with me? Why do I wake up so early if I still need more sleep?
