my ex-wife owes the finance company on a car she bought in 2005, she has been dodging them since then and now they know where she lives. They said they were going to repo the car, but it takes time to do this. What do they mean?

i know some of you think that i am being evil against my ex but in fact i did call in on her because she came back to me begging forgiveness for having an affair, and i just found out that she was still seeing this person and using me to pay her bills since she quit working, so yes i am getting my revenge, that's why i want ot know why it's taking so long to get the car, they said something about legalities

If she's your ex-wife, what does it matter unless you co-signed for the loan?

If you want to know what they mean, call and ASK them.

I don't know why it takes so long once they say they are going to do it, but my daughters car was reposessed. She was in the store one day and came out and the car was gone. It just happens at random times. They will get it don't worry. And once they get the car they will sell it. The difference between what she owes and what they sell it for is what she will still be responsible for. Most people do not know that.

Trying to hurt her, only hurts you. Hopefully she got the money up and paid them, so you can eat your heart out. She is your ex and I can see who wanted the divorce ( She DiD ). When you think you are digging a ditch for someone, you'll fall into that very ditch. Don't knock the phrases, because what goes around is gonna c
ome back around on you. MUCK LUCK TO YOU. NOT!!!!!!!
You know It is the tax season. I hope she got a lump of money back and paid the darn thing off.

Oh my gosh you told them didn't you? That's how you know they said they'd repo it and that's how they got her address....from you! She may have gotten the money to pay off the back loan and that's why they haven't repo'ed it.

What goes around comes around

You do know what that means don't you?

finance companies generally do not wait two years to repossess a vehichle. your X probably paid it off and told the finance company not to tell her nosy, good for nothing X-husband anything if he called asking questions because he was only trying to cause her problems.
what do you think?
