I'm being serious: try the Salvation Army, Goodwill or a local consignment store. You'll be surprised what you could find. Also, Forever 21 is a stylish, inexpensive store as is Pretty Woman.

if you live around the bay area, try EOS or BASIC that is located in Southland Mall or Hilltop Mall. Around here, there are many varieties you can choose from. try wetseal as well
