When I was still working, my husband try his very best to help out all the times. He is not perfect at thing but he tried.

I have to quit my job because our little baby was having sleep problem. My husband now get a little more sleep in the night and he still continue to help out when he gets home from work.

NO. I work 40 hours and incidentally am the primary bread winner. I do all the cooking, cleaning, childcare, laundry, bill paying, grocery shopping. I spend the weekends cleaning while h lays on the couch watching TV. I've tried asking nicely, nagged, guilt trips and nothing works. He says we have a different standard of cleaning and it doesn't matter to him if the house is dirty or not. His idea of laundry is washing clothing, drying it, wadding it up and putting in a corner in the bedroom. I think I'd rather give up the job and be a full time Mom.
