I am thinking ill do that for the Lent...so....i just want to know..what is that called?? i am not sure if its a notion or movement or somehting..but...i just want to know what its called?

You mean a vow of silence? That's when someone takes a vow that they will not speak for x amount of time, usually for religious reasons.

The word your looking for to stop speaking is called Petito. Which means to stop speaking

DUH it's called not talking,unless you are going to become a Monk then it is called cellabecy.
