Proper diet, drink water and kegel exercises. They work great and will help him stay hard and not blow as fast. Kegeling works.

As a matter of fact, average ejaculation time (or medically called intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT)) goes between 2-6 minutes, so the problem is somewhere else - either
1) your previous partner had a longer IELT,
2) you are at the beginning of your relationaship (the latency time will get better as you grow accustomed to each other),
3) you should focus more on foreplay,
4) if your partner has experienced short ejaculation times before too, then he should see an andrologist (men's doctor) or at least an urologist - sometimes the reason may be in chronic inflammatory disease of the genital tract (usually chronic prostatitis) or,
5) the reason may also be that his pelvic floor muscles have too high tonus - this problem can also be solved, but needs special exercises that an andrologist or sexologist can suggest.
Hope this helps.

So, its might be the problem of premature ejaculation. There are some very useful tips for such a problem like
* Decreasing sensitivity helps prevent premature ejaculation. One way to make the penis less sensitive is to cover it with a rubber. They're also good for protecting against STDs and unwanted pregnancy, so why not let a rubber help with premature ejaculation, too.
* Avoid using alcohol and drugs. It also sometimes responsible for premature ejaculation.
* Some exercise may also help in this case.

Hi,
Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.
Cheers.

One thing that has worked for me in the past is to have your partner ejaculate once via masturbation or orally...then wait until he can get it up again and go at for a lot longer as he has already relieved himself once. Have you tried any of the lotions, creams, or pills that help with his stamina? Just do a quick search on male stamina and I am sure you can find something worthwhile. I wish you the best of luck and hope this helps. I feel your "pain" as I have been in the same situation before. It's also nice to see that you aren't so shallow as to let this drive you away from him. Stick to you and I know you'll find something that works.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/S6Fn1
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.
