I read her column faithfully and I read all of her books except the one about Bill Clinton and only then because I hated her choice of subject.
I have not one single time been offended.
I think she is just darn funny. I am gay and a fan of Ann Coulter.
Are liberals just to thinned skinned and PC paranoid to take a joke?

funny how some who talk of freedom can not accept that you be a Gay Conservative.
Same way with blacks.. think of all the names that Rice and other Black politicans and leaders have been called from the conservative side.. "aunt Jemima" "uncle tom" etc.. its a sham. and a shame

She is very conservative and as such does not mind speaking her mind in a way that is often times not politically correct. I respect her for it. We need more people willing to take a stand for what is decent and right.
As for being a gay-basher, I do not believe that she is. However, she doesn't buy into the typical left-wing (liberal) gay agenda of forcing the gay lifestyle onto others. This drives the liberals mad and so they strike out in the typical childish manner of name calling, hence the "gay-basher" title.

She gets over the top sometimes with her choice of language, but it's ironic how the elite will lament her harshness but defend the same or worse if it's from the left.
On another note, kudos to you for being tolerant of her and her humor despite the spin she takes. Many of my gay friends are conservative or at least not the stereotypical left-wingers that we are are lead to think you have to be to be part of the"club" of that lifestyle. I find that refreshing!
