..how to get that 'fresh faced' look?

Its not clear if you mean with makeup or just in general. For healthy skin you need a good diet with a lot of Omega 3 fatty acids (flax is a great source, some fishes, walnuts), 6-8 glasses of water a day, and good vegetable balance- lots of greens!
My favorite natural look makeup lines are Bobbi Brown & Laura Mercier. They're on the mid-expensive side but give natural looking sheer coverage. I use the Laura Mercier primer, a little oil-free foundation, and concealer for problems & it gives a great natural skin look.
A little cream blush with a nice brush, teeny bit of eyeliner and mascara and voila! Fresh face.

You can get a fresh face look by not wearing any makeup at all and drinking plenty of water at not and get some vitamin C Serum. Skincetucals Makes an excellent skin serum call serum CE. Or you can try Arbonne Products. They are all natural face products and they also have a natural make-up. To get a fresh look make sure you have foundation that is true to you skin ton b/c if it is to light it will look as if your face is dry and if it is to dark you will look orange. Wear tinted lip-gloss and a semi-nude blush.

Yeh when me and my mom were dieting on weight watchers...this lady told us to put vegetable oil in some of yur foods everyday...like salads...or even olive oil...and it makes yur skin fresh and soft and even yur hair!!!
