The base dance for reggaeton is perreo. You don't even have to exert too much effort in dancing it. As long as you know how to grind, you can do it.

Another tip.... the lady always lead and allows the man to stay behind her. Let the mind grind behind her. The lady tease the man by grinding her behind or butt towards him.
