I have a 00 trans am with cam and headers and I was wondering why passenger side lifters are not pumping?

if the drivers sida is pumping then you have a open plug on the head because it is not building up pressure-i am talking theoil channel on head

Are you sure the valves have not been adjusted too tight on that side, and not letting the lifters pump up? If so, then possibly a blockage in the oil galley for those lifters.

check your oil pump drive plug TURN it 1/4th turn at a time before re firing.
