As far as the anime series goes, Naruto does not know who his father is.
A lot of people, including myself, believe that Naruto's father is the 4th Hokage. The reasons why many people believe this is:
- Naruto and the 4th Hokage look a lot alike
- the 4th Hokage is supposed to be dead but it has been hinted around on the internet that he isn't and is a member, if not the founder, of the Akatsuki
- both the 3rd Hokage and Jiraya have in one way or another stated that Naruto reminds them of the 4th Hokage (physically and personality wise)
- (rumor on the net) that the 4th Hokage would only seal the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon in his child because doing so to any other child would be considered hypocritical of him if he has a child of his own flesh and blood to possibly use instead of someone else's child

Naruto does not know who his father is. He never knew any of his parents (mother or father) he had been an orphan from birth so he grew up alone with no parents. (Although we can assume other ninja in the village took care of him but he had no parents) He has no idea who his father or mother is. Although fans feel that the 4th Hokage might be Naruto's father (due to how they look so similar) for now this is just speculation and Kishimoto has yet to introduce, if at all, who Naruto's father was.

No, I don't think so. He hasn't hinted at all that he knew who was father was. Maybe he does, except that it's just some random guy that left him at an orphanage. And no, I don't think Naruto's father is the Fourth Hokage. They just look alike, that's all.

I am not sure but I think it is the fourth hokage because Itachi mentions naruto as the fourth's legacy and when jiraiyia taught naruto the summoning justu after he pushes him off of the cliff he say's''forgive me 4th.

Wow, I never thought about it before.... but based on his powers and the screwball things they do in Anime, I would not be surprised if Naruto is the bastard child of the 4th Hokage and Sakura's mom...

no kishimoto(creator) did not confirm who his father is. rumors say it is the 4th hokage,another rumor states the 4th is the leader of the akatsuki. but i really want to know who his father is.

till the episodes came on tv he didn't knew yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!well i hope he get knew that soon then it will be awesome to see his face expressions to that his father was fourth hokage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^_^
