(1) Do you think a full day of full-time work will be like 12 hours or the regular of 8? And if we worked so long, (2) Do you think we'd get paid less per hour?

Personally I think we could get acustomed to 18 hours of light and 18 of darkness. We would have more time to do things we wanna do in a day. And there would be more jobs available.

i dont think we would get any more done then we already do. we would have to work the 12 hour days to accommodate the more things we would be doing and we would need to sleep more due to the fact we would be tired more from working longer. so it would to me be the same. we would be paid the same per day not per hour.

It will need to have a rotation rate of 2/3 to have a rotation rate of 36 hours or only complete 16 hours per 24 hours. It has nothing to do with size. A good example is that the Earth takes about 36 hours on Neptune to complete 1 rotation and Neptune only takes about 16 hours to complete 1 rotation. Earth takes about 24 hours to spin and Neptune takes about 24 Neptune hours to rotate. Their values are the same and when you take 16 and divide by 24 and then flip them around, their values are the same in comparison. Also, when we humans rotate around on our axis, it's much faster than the planets because of our pivots. I couldn't even make my days that long and they don't even last more than a minute going at slower speeds or otherwise it wouldn't look like I'm rotating at all especially because the year is shorter due to our pivots.

No, some people are already working 12 hours a day. Maybe they'll work 14 hours a day if we had 36-hour days. I think you'd get paid the same...by the way, why is Alyssa so grumpy? Looks like someone didn't take their happy-pills this morning...

1) I think the regular 8. Scientist by the time would notice that we work too much, and working 12 hours would be too much.
2) we probably would.

this would be the best though...

ink we would thin we still needed more time in one day because like you said it would be a 12 our day instead of an 8 and so on.
