They say there are too many clothes catered to women who have smaller frames than the average-sized American woman - but if that is true why can I NEVER find the styles I like in 0 -2, or XS? It seems to me there is a lot more of the larger sizes out there everytime I try to shop.

I am 22 years old - I usually try to shop at Saks, Neiman Marcus, Boston Proper, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales - they sell higher end clothes, but are 95% of the time sold out of the smallest sizes, and have a lot of sizes 6-10.

the reality is that the majority of american women is way over a XS so less of those sizes are being made. some stores have XS, i know that old navy does for sure, and im guessing your not a teenager, so try gap, banana republic, etc and see online what their smallest sizes are. some online websites have smaller sizes than in the store(for example, ae has xxs online but not in the store)

Fashion revolves around the couture world of high fashion. Those who make more money per item will cater to the thin.

They are the most concerned about women looking good in their clothes.
