There is no free lunch in USA.For qaulity information with qaulity result you need to pay for services.People will give you all sorts of opinions for free.Get to the right source.I would suggest to go to Court house and inquire with them in SC.

Look in the county office. The sales price and other data is on the deed. Some counties have this info online.
