Because the police are the enforcers of law and order, they should always be above reproach and adhere strictly to said laws as an example to us all.

If police didnt have standards in which to work by they could come up to you and do just about anything they wanted. They have to have guidelines too.

They wanted to be police to boss others about, so they shall be required to lead by example....
