I want to make a website for my halo clan well i want to start a halo clan for halo combat evolved for the PC. I wanted to know how to make a website so that i can keep track of the people in my clan.

If it's a Halo clan, use Geocities. It's free, has built-in editors, and is most definitely safe. Plus, you can use the same account to start a Yahoo! group for your clan. I don't play Halo, but this is an interesting use for the Web.

freewebs has a 100 uploaded file limit. Other than that I think it is safe coz I have a website there
