Do you think it's not weird at all to dress up 'kinda' like the characters in animations? Like Sora, Cloud Strife, Tifa, Aerith, or anyone..?? I'm thinking of making a dress like Sora and Cloud (I'm a Tom Boy) not for cosplays ofcourse..just to wear them like usual clothes. Would it look weird?

It's not really weird. There are people who do make accomodations to look like their favorite anime character or dress like them. Cosplay isn't something that exactly is only done at conventions, but it's something you can do whenever you want, and don't have to do the whole costume. It's not really weird to want to wear similar clothes since it's just like how some peole want to dress like how their favorite singer does and such. It's just that anime, game, and manga characters tend to dress in styles that are quite different from the usual clothes. But , there is nothing weird with it. It would be your own style of 'usual clothes' to wear Sora's dress.

it depends if it's for a custom party or a convention then it OK.

but depending on the character it might be weird if you are going to dress like a cartoon character in you normal day to day life.

But if you dress up like Cloud at least you'll have a big sword to beat up anyone that doesn't like you dressing odd.
