Rachel earns $12.50 per hour. her company deducts 17% of her pay each week for taxes. rachel uses this formula: E=0.83(12.50h)

The answer is $415. You get this by the orginal formula (.83 x 12.50) You times that answer (10.375) by 40 hours. 10.375 x 40 is $415! (Would have been $500 before taxes)

Take 40 times 12.50 which equals 500 then take $500 times .83 which equals $415 so her take home pay after taxes is $415 a week... remember plug in 40 for "h" and multiply! =) I hope this was helpful!!

rachel must be you , and she is getting a bad salery , that`s why she is asking coz she can`t manage her life , rachel needs to get married or to find anoter job , but rachel she is a hard lady , so she will stay alone and cry in her corner and dreaming of taxes , but rashel wants to get ride of those nightmares so she started asking ......but the answer is simple rachel is f....ed up.
