Go to tinypic.com and upload your pictures and they will gererate a code for you to copy and paste into you profile.

You need to post the image to a storage space online that you can link to (flickr.com or snapfish.com) works. Once the image is there, right click on it and choose "View Image" in a new window, new tab or in the same window you are in.
You should see a URL that ends in .jpg
Once you find that link, copy it and paste it into an Image Tag which will look like this (without the quotes on the outside of the link:

you can use photo storage sites like Photobucket.com for free..
