Go here http://www.speedtouchdsl.com/support.htm and download the documentation. It will tell you what the default IP when you reset the modem. Then you reset the modem by either removing power for at least 30 seconds or look to see if there is a little reset button on the back somewhere and reset it with the power on (press and hold for at least 10-15 seconds). Then configure your network card on your PC to aquire address automatically. If you cannot access it after that then it is broken. Then you can go on your PC and hit Start>Run>type cmd in the run box>then in the dos prompt type ipconfig /all. If it is working correctly, then it should return information. Look for the Gateway IP as it is your modem.

I fyou want the IP address you need to go Start>Run then type in cmd and click OK. In the new window that opens type 'ipconfig' (without the ' of course) and press enter. That will show you your IP address :)

Most likely it will be one of the following:
10.0.0.138
10.1.1.1
10.0.0.1
192.168.1.1
10.0.0.0
10.0.0.16

Good luck!
