Kung Hei Fat Choy! or Gong Xi Fa Cai. (Don't use a translator! They may not be reliable.)

"Gong Xi Fa Chai" in mandarin.
"Kung Hei Fatt Choy" in cantonese.

They both mean "wishing you a prosperous new year".

gong xi fa chai pronounced somewhat like this: gong shee fah tchai (don't emphasize the t when you pronounce it)- the gong is not like gawng, it's gong (think of it as "ong" with another g attached), with a deep o sound...and if she's your friend- gong shee fah tchai, wuh deh peng yo (my version of the pronunciation)...it means "happy new year, my friend"...you can also use google translator, but it's not entirely "reliable":http://www.google.com/translate_t
