i have my tubes tied but i have milk that comes out of my breast?

also sometimes it feels like something is moving in my stomach and i also been having alot of stomach pains lately please help

Take a pregnancy test, if it's negative GO SEE A DOCTOR.

forget the pregnancy test. Just go see the doctor
