No. He needs to stay locked up for life, even if that means in a psychiatric hospital.

not one of the Tate LaBianca killers of been released. One individual in touch in a diverse homicide (or some thing) of the family participants's became into, yet i do no longer incredibly bear in concepts whom and why. Charles Manson merits no 2d opportunities. He had a great number of 2d opportunities and he blew all of them. a super sort of the family participants participants have been arrested at one element or yet another. there have been 2 raids on 2 diverse ranches the place all participants that have been present day have been arrested yet then released, ought to you be at a loss for words?

ABSOLUELY NOT! He HAD his chance. This is a sick, deranged, and DANGEROUS individual. Did you see the TV special a few years back - it gave a good account of what went on with this guy and his misguided followers -- some really scary stuff. There are definitely people "out there" that need to be locked up - and he is one of them! People should not forget (with time) what this man and his followers did and how they commited brutal, tortuous murder of innocent people. NEVER FORGET THE VICTIMS -- else YOU could become one!

No. Some people will never change and it's evident that he's one of those. By giving him a second chance, we would be endangering people's lives.

Yes Charlie was a product of a bad envirment. He just made a few mistakes that anyone else could have also. He is a kind loving man who was misunderstood by society.

Never. I studied that case in detail years ago. The man is insane, would you want to be the one who releases him and then has to explain the aftermath later?

Heck no. He is originally from Ohio, the Cincinnati area. I once heard a rumor that he stated that if he ever got out of jail, he would relocate to Yellow Springs, Ohio. That's where I grew up. No thanks.
