What would be a good present to give a guy for his 16th birthday? (i need answers really fast please!!!)?

i'm sorta friends with this guy but not really good friends. would candy be ok? (this doesnt really need to be a big present) would a guy appreciate a "chicken soup for the teenage soul" book or would he just laugh at it?

maybe a gift card to a cool clothing shop a nice tee shirt or a c.d maybe even a card that says happy b-day if your sorta friends with him why buy him something big unless you have a crush on him??
