Definately. He was superb as Data. It's a pity he thought he was too old to continue playing the part though (script-writing began on the next Trek movie before they even started filming Nemesis), which is why Data was killed off.

Brent Spiner was the crowning glory of The Next Generation.

It's certainly a shame that he hasn't been seen too much on TV since. His most recent show on CBS was cancelled last year.

He did get an Emmy. He received one for makeup when he played Data, Lore and Dr Sun in the episode called "Brothers"

He may have deserved an award for Longest Suffering Non-Prosthetic Make-Up Application Actor...
Ron Perlman of "Beauty and the Beast" deserves the Oodles of Prosthetics award.
