This song is the story of a hooker in old New Orleans. It starts with her fixing her make up,then asking a Joe if he wants to give it a GO!!!Then in french she asks?Would you like to sleep with me tonight? The Moulon Rouge is red light district in New Orleans. The rest you can imagine. The original version was recorded in the 70's by Labelle.

I think the lyrics mean something *ahem* sexual in a way...
But voulez-vous chouchez avec moi means do you want to go out with me tonight. I know this because I study french.
And I think they reference sweet things to show that they're sweet.

The first part of the chorus does not mean anything as far I know. It is vocal ad-libbing. The second part of the chorus means "Will you come or go to bed with me tonight? "C'est Toi" means "It's You" in Frech. "Avec Moi" means "With Me" in French. I hope this helps. Peace.

It means.."Would you like to sleep with me this evening, Would you like to sleep with me?"
