I have had court orders sent to a woman (after I moved out)who reminds me of Rosie Odonnell. She considers her actions the way to "resolve the problem - I consider it a waste of time and I want to move on" Badgering, trying to control a conversation, etc. She just started acting like this 8 months ago and I started tuning her out then. She has violated the order 7 times and the police can not arrest her until they catch her in the act. They claim that they do not EVER get claims against women by men. My only option because I do not know where she draws the line is to stop her.

This abuse is considered domestic violence but unfortunately is not a punishable offense. Try carrying a voice activated tape recorder on you and/or have the phone company have your calls taped. If you can get her down on tape harassing you maybe you can build a stalking case against her.

The 'stalking' law applies to all, male or female, unfortunately I don't believe that men file them, as they should; as women do. You have as much right to not be harrassed/stalked as any woman. Your court order I assume is a Restraint order, and if that is violated, it is automatic to jail time...at least as I understand it...Keeping your records of documentation regarding the actions of this woman is your defense so they must be kept, no matter what a hassle, but like I said it for your defense and makes your case.
Perhaps it will be your experience that will make a presidencey for the male genders.

Its called a double standard. Men who can't handle women are considered weak in our society. Its not going to change, so get used to it. There are alot of groups online, though, that can help you out. Plus, you can always just stand up, have the police on speed dial, and call this ***** a fat skank everytime she opens up her maw.
