a rose bloomed on DEC. 25, 1988. this was 12 days after my mother (her name was Rose) died. the day was bitter cold and at least 6-8 inches of snow was on the ground. when i saw it from the kitchen window, i knew it was a sign from my mother.

The fog rolling down the street in Marquette,Mich.And behind it you could not see a thing.And I mean rolling like unrolling a carpet fantastic.Coming off lake Superior/beautiful.And the second thing, are the northern lights what a beautiful show nature can put on.

A person from another country visiting in the U.S. during 9/11
surrounded by dozens of similar visitors from all over the world who was able to focus on positive things even though her visit was over and all flights were cancelled. What a lady! I married her in a heartbeat.
