NH3........EVENTHOUGH THIS IS EASILY SOLUBLE IN WATER , IT IS HIGHLY VOLATILE WHEN IT IS COLLECTED IN THE ORDINARY ATMOSPHERIC TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE............THIS CANNOT BE STAND STILL WITH WATER FOR LONG TIME,DUE TO ITS VOLATILITY.......THIS GAS IS NOT STABLE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER GASES AND IT IS HIGHLY REACTIVE TOO...........

NH3 (ammonia) is very soluble in water (much more than any of the others) so you would lose most of the produce as it dissolved into the water rather than rising up to the collection vessel.
