I Like Horror Films To. But If They Are Giving You Nightmares I Would Watch Them In The Afternoon And Watch Something Else, A Lighter Film Before Bed. Try This Approach For A Couple Of Weeks To See If Your Nightmares Stop. Also Music Before You Sleep Might Help. If This Doesn't Work, See A Doctor. Good Luck.

maybe because you watch TOO MANY scary movies? i don't know. why don't you try watching love stories, chick flicks, drama or action movies, you should see a variety of movies, not just horror films. Maybe, then your nightmares will decrease.
