But after 20 years, i wish to see her and expect that she would again love me is it possible now to start romance of those days?

Absolutely ridiculous to think about the relationship.... She might be in her 60's as your description.... Do you think your sister or your wife will indulge if they have relationship like this ?? Just leave it... concentrate on your daughter's future since she is in her teens and you have to take utmost care at this time.... your actions will be her and she might go in a wrong way if she come to know all these stupid things what you are doing... be serious...

just leave it alone. if you have it good now, why mess it up?
but if you are really intent then you really would have to ask yourself how do you really want to spend the rest of your life? are you going to be miserable if you stay with the woman you are married to? how will it affect your relationship with your daughter? is the other woman eager also to reconnect with you or is it just wishful thinking on your part?
there is a lot to consider and it will be up to you to think each decision through clearly.
