I was just thinking:

How would diaper checks be run in a daycare type of enviroment? Tons of kids, how would you know who made a mess, or if any of them made a mess?

How can they find who made the messy diaper?

I'm not sure I understand your question - kids crap a lot in their diapers, well, as do adults that wear them. It's just a fact of life not to mention a smelly one.

They're supposed to check each kids diaper every two hours. If they smell " a mess" they check the kids by smelling them.
I had to pull my son out of a daycare because they let him sit in the same pissey diaper for 6 hours : ( Needless to say, I was pissed, and reported them to the daycare coalition.

When they smell it they check all the kids until they find it. Every 2-3 hours they are supposed to change them all. It's kinda like a diaper assembly line.
