who wanted to talk to me really bad because he was complaining that his life was terrible. I told him to call me later tonight cause I was busy and i assumed it had something to do with his girlfriend who he is OBSESSED with. I really don't want to talk to him about it though because I don't approve of their relationship (not that I have any say, but she's is not a good influence). How do I tell him this relationship is screwing up his life and priorities in an appropriate manner? What do I do if he doesn't listen or gets mad?

if he knew what was good for him then he would listen to you without getting mad but do ya know what a think u should'nt really get involed just makes you look jealous

If he is your friend, he will appreciate you looking out for him. However, he could get angry, because friends are known to do that when people are just trying to help them out.
Just tell him that you care about him & you hate seeing him hurt. Do this all in a complimentary manner, or else, he won't take it so lightly.
Tell him that he's a great person & he doesn't deserve this from her. You think it's screwing up his life, so tell him that.
Tell him that you would NEVER say any of this to hurt him or make him upset, because you know he cares about her. But, that you see what's been happening to him & it hurts you because you deeply care about him.

first u gotta know what hes complainig about, if it is about his girlfriend tell him how does he feel about her and depending on that answer u can tell him what ever u want and think whats best for him!! give him many advices so he can choose and let him make his decisions, if he makes a wrong decision wait until he realizes his girlfriend is not good for him, i dont think with my advice there is a way he'll get mad ok? good luck

just tell him.if u like him tell him that.or tell him u don't feel like hearing that mess of that mess around that she is doin with him.
