I don't know if I should stay in Rochester NY or move back home to Lancaster PA. I hate both of them more than I hate anything else in this world. I hate the people here because they're cocky, fat, and ugly, but back home I have to run into all those people I knew from school that I really don't care to ever see again. What's worse?

Student: No sh*t there's other places to move. I have family here in NY and in PA. Why would I pack up and move to somewhere where I have no family, no job, and no place to live? It has nothing to do with being mature. It has to do with being realistic.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I lived in NC for 5 years and I loved everything about it there, the people, the weather, it was great. But when you have kids you need support from family and friends. My husband was in the military and I had noone there other than him. So I don't want to be away from loved ones again. It was too hard not having anyone to talk to.

If you don't like either of those places, you should consider finding someplace else to move. Are there any places you've been that you really like? Maybe you could consider moving there.

Moving to a place like New York. Don't move there you will get a sour attitude and you mentioned alot of fat people don't go there.
Don't go back home to were you knew people especially if you dislike them and have had bad experiences. Why would you have to move to one of these 3 places. you should move to Colorado, it's laid back the people are nice and the air is fresh the mountains are beautiful and it isn't horribly expensive.

Move to Harrisburg, Philly or Reading. It's close enough to your family, but further from the people you don't want to see.

Why limit yourself to those two places? Move to the south, or to the west.....see how you like it there. Best of luck to you.
