What do you mean "worlds"?

If you mean realms, then you have to pay $25 dollars to change to a different realm. Unless Blizzard moves you. Then its free.

If you mean switching realms, log into Account Management on the wordofwarcraft.com website and then click "Paid Character Transfer". It costs $25 a character.

There are some rules to moving, so be sure to read those first.
